I received my pillow, although it took 3 weeks to arrive due to slow mail right now. The pillow is quite small but super comfy and gives great support to my neck and shoulders. I love that is has a place for arms when side sleeping or back sleeping, because I have my hands above my head in general! If you suffer neck/shoulder symptoms, consider this pillow first.
My bed sinks which leads this pillow to feel quite high on the neck.. So for it’s full effect must have flat sturdy bed. Comfy pillow nonetheless. Fits perfectly around neck!

Pillow received in good condition in timely manner. Description is very accurate. However, the pillow smelled musty upon opening package. Took a good month to air out pillow smell in open window. This pillow is wonderful for achy stiff neck and upper trapezoid areas. Pillow gives enough support without being stiff. I even get less headaches sleeping on this pillow. A great buy for the price and excellent quality. Only wish extra pillow cases are available for purchase, but still highly recommend Seller.
